Owned, managed and guided by Malcolm Frye, Private Cape Tours is built on experience, warmth and a genuine love for showing guests the Cape. After a 40-year career in furniture manufacturing, Malcolm moved into guiding and has spent more than a decade taking visitors through Cape Town, the Winelands and the wider Western Cape trading as MF Tours & Transfers. As a qualified and registered tour guide, and a licensed tour operator, he brings a steady, reassuring presence to every trip.

Malcolm knows the local routes, timings and seasonal patterns inside out, which means he can plan a day that runs smoothly and avoids unnecessary costs or wasted time. Malcolm was an excellent and knowledgeable guide always willing to go the extra step. After a long day to Cape Point he doubled back to the top of Signal Hill so that we could see the sunset over the Bay.
